Fund the escrow
The total is held when you post. If nobody takes the shift it comes straight back.

Pick an applicant
Applicants arrive with rating, distance and shifts completed. Accept one and the rest are released.

Sign off at close-out
Confirm hours at the end of service. Escrow pays the worker; your invoice line is already itemised.
