GDPR
BLVCKPASS operates in the EEA and processes personal data under the GDPR. This page names the basis for each activity.
Lawful basis
Contract for bookings, shifts and pay; legitimate interest for fraud prevention; consent for analytics and marketing email.
Processors
Payments and escrow, cloud hosting and transactional email, all inside the EEA, each under a data processing agreement.
Transfers
No routine transfers outside the EEA. Where support requires it, standard contractual clauses apply.
