Terms

The agreement between you and BLVCKPASS. Separate schedules apply to guests, workers and venues.

Bookings are free. Cancellation deadlines are set by the venue and shown before you confirm. Repeated no-shows may limit your ability to book.

You are engaged by the venue, not by BLVCKPASS. Pay is held in escrow and released on dual sign-off. There is no fee to you, ever.

Subscriptions are per venue and cancellable at any time. Posting a shift funds the escrow; unfilled shifts are refunded in full.

Where a close-out is contested, BLVCKPASS reviews the attached timeline and has final say. Most cases close inside 72 hours.
