What BLVCKPASS collects, why, and how long it is kept. We are the data controller for account and booking data; venues are controllers for their own guest records.
What we collect
Account details, bookings, shifts worked, payment records and the geofenced clock-in timestamp. Location is read once at clock-in, never in the background.
Why we collect it
To hold a table or room, to fund and release escrow pay, to resolve disputes, and to meet accounting obligations in the venue’s country.
How long we keep it
Bookings for 24 months, pay records for the statutory period (typically 7 years), clock-in locations for 90 days.
Your rights
Access, correction, export and erasure: from the app under Account, or by writing to team@blvckpass.com. We answer inside 30 days.
