The floor plan is the dashboard during service. Everything else on the tablet hangs off it.

Seat a table
Tap a free table, set covers, seat. Status goes from free to seated with the time stamped.

Open the bill
Orders taken on the tablet or by guest QR land on the same bill.

Fire a round
Send to the kitchen from the table. The pass sees it in order, with allergens flagged.

Take payment
Close and split by item or evenly. Table returns to free, turn time is recorded.

Watch the room
Colour tells you the state at a glance: free, reserved, seated, bill open.
