Take a maintenance job
Maintenance work is raised where the fault is: a room, a fridge, a lift, so you arrive knowing what is broken and who reported it.

Read the job
The job names the asset, the fault, who reported it and whether the room is out of order. Photos from the reporter come attached.

Trade and certificate
Electrical, gas, HVAC and pool work check your certificate before you can accept. Expiries are flagged a month out so you can renew before you lose shifts.

Log the work performed
Write what you did, parts used and time on site. Add photos of the finished work. That is what the manager approves against.

Clear or escalate
Clear the job and the room returns to the plan automatically, or escalate it with a reason and the room stays out of order until it is fixed.
